Local moving company earns distinctive van line award for hauling household goods

AMITYVILLE, NY — The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) continues to legislate for safer conditions on U.S. roads, something Bekins Van Lines – winner of the 2024 Fleet Safety Award in the Over 10 Million Miles category – works hard to support. Maffucci Moving & Storage represents a big part of those more than 10 million safe miles, enough to earn Bekins Van Lines’ 2024 Gold Hauling Award.

Bekins’ hauling award program recognizes agencies within the network who transport the goods of customers moving into or out of New York over the course of the year.
