Full-Service Corporate Movers in New York

Maffucci Bekins commits to specific pick-up and delivery dates on moves exceeding 5,000 lbs. (depending on your rates and services agreement) so that your transferee can make realistic plans and return to productivity as quickly as possible. This eliminates excessive lodging and storage-in-transit costs and gets your employee back to the office in a timely fashion.

Maffucci Bekins is committed to providing the highest quality moving services to your transferees. We participate in Bekins’ Total Quality Commitment program, ensuring that high standards of quality are met. However, occasionally damage does occur. For your transferees' peace of mind, we offer full value transit protection called For All It's Worth. If an item is lost or damaged during their move, our For All It's Worth full value protection offers the full replacement value of items at current replacement cost without depreciation and they will be fully reimbursed up to the dollar amount that has been declared. The cost of this protection depends on the declared value of the shipment and the deductible that was chosen.

Maffucci Bekins has special procedures for packing and shipping high value items, such as jewelry, furs, antiques, crystal, silverware, collections, and precious metals. A “High Value Inventory” form is used to list all high value items, serial numbers, manufacturer’s marks, and signatures. Cartons with high value items inside are assigned a special inventory number on moving day in the presence of your transferee.
